Quick start

Choose the route that matches your request.

Company information: Use the home page to open the official Checkpoint Systems website for products, solutions, services and locations.
Use the portal: Open portal access. Sign in or create an account, then confirm your email address.
Open an approved app: After sign-in, the dashboard shows the applications approved for your account. Missing access can be requested in the account area.

Portal access requirements

A reachable email address and a password of at least ten characters.
Confirmation of the registration email before the new account can be used.
Acceptance of the current legal documents shown.
For individual applications, an appropriate project approval or role.

Direct routes

Sign in

For existing accounts; email/password, passkey and, where required, 2FA are supported.

Register

Create an account, read the legal documents and confirm the email address.

Forgot password

Request a password reset link.

Account help

Help with profile, security, sessions, projects and roles; sign-in required.

Typical situations

Confirmation email is missing

Check the spam folder and the spelling of the email address. If necessary, submit registration again with the same address to generate a new confirmation link.

Sign-in does not work

Use “Forgot password” first. If 2FA is enabled, the current security code is also required after the password.

An application is missing

After signing in, open “Projects & roles” or “Request access”. Visibility and functions depend on approval.

Updated documents are shown

The current terms and privacy notice shown must be accepted before protected portal areas can be used again.

Choose the right contact

Do not send passwords, security codes or unnecessary personal data.

For a quick review, include the affected page or function, time, device, browser or app version, and the exact error message.
